Product Eligibility and Prohibited Products

Generally allowed

• Lawfully sourced, unused, transferable CDKs, license keys, gift codes, and redemption codes.
• Secure redemption links, invitation links, or subscription benefits provided by the rights holder or distributed with authorization.
• Self-service activation that does not require a buyer’s secret sign-in data.
• The minimum non-secret identifier needed for manual delivery, such as a public username, receiving email, or account UUID, when its purpose is disclosed on the product page.

Strictly prohibited

• Products obtained through theft, scams, laundering, payment bypass, or other unauthorized means.
• Malware, phishing pages, mass-abuse tools, or products used to compromise accounts or bypass security controls.
• Any product requiring passwords, SMS/email verification codes, 2FA, cookies, session tokens or JSON, API secrets, wallet private keys, or seed phrases.
• Unauthorized or unknown-origin cookies, sessions, sign-in tokens, or account data that can directly take over a third-party account.
• Content that infringes trademarks, copyright, privacy, or other rights, impersonates official authorization, or fabricates proof of origin.
• Anything illegal or likely to expose users, MaplePass, payment networks, or third parties to fraud or asset loss.

Keywords alone do not decide removal

Words such as “password,” “cookie,” “session,” “2FA,” “OTP,” or “token” may appear in safety warnings, technical explanations, or lawful contexts. They are risk signals only. Administrators consider the delivery content, whether buyer secrets are requested, product origin, and seller evidence.

External links and communication

Links necessary for lawful redemption are allowed. Product pages, delivery content, and Telegram advertising must not bypass MaplePass transactions, collect sensitive credentials, lead to imitation sites, or distribute arbitrary contact information. Purchase, delivery, and support should remain in auditable order flows whenever possible.

Reports and appeals

If you find a suspected violation, stop using the product and submit its link with non-sensitive evidence through support. Sellers may appeal a mistaken review with the product source, actual delivery steps, and evidence of rights. MaplePass will conduct a human review.
