Refund Policy

1. Unpaid orders

You may abandon an unpaid order. It cancels automatically when its payment window ends. Creating an order does not charge you or guarantee that stock remains reserved.

2. Immediate digital delivery

Before purchasing an AUTO_CDK product, the buyer expressly agrees that digital delivery begins immediately after payment confirmation and understands that any statutory cooling-off right may end once full redemption content is disclosed. This does not limit remedies for invalid, undelivered, materially misdescribed goods or other rights required by law.

3. Issues eligible for review

• Full payment was confirmed but the order was not delivered.
• The delivery content was already invalid, duplicated, or clearly unusable before the first reasonable use.
• The region, term, type, or core function materially differs from the description at checkout.
• MaplePass confirms a duplicate charge or incorrect payment attribution.
• Other refunds or remedies required by applicable law.

4. Issues normally not refundable

• The content works, but the buyer changes their mind, purchases by mistake, or ignores clearly disclosed conditions.
• The buyer sends funds using the wrong blockchain, currency, contract, or address and MaplePass does not receive them.
• Failure caused by violating third-party terms, region restrictions, or redemption instructions.
• Full redemption content is viewed and then leaked, resold, or misused.
• The claim relies only on a screenshot, assertion, or evidence that cannot be verified.

5. How to request help

Open Purchase support from the order page promptly and provide the public order number, a description, the time of the issue, and only non-sensitive screenshots. Never send passwords, verification codes, cookies, sessions, private keys, or a full CDK. MaplePass checks delivery timing, inventory records, payment status, and seller instructions and may first provide a replacement or repair.

6. Outcomes and refund method

After review, MaplePass may replace, repair, partially refund, fully refund, or reject the request. Cryptocurrency refunds require verification of both the address and order ownership. Network fees, on-chain limits, or price movement may make the displayed return differ from the payment flow, but actual fees will not be hidden. We never request a wallet private key or seed phrase.

7. Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If seller terms conflict with this policy or mandatory law, the mandatory rule protecting the consumer takes priority.
