Historical records remain available
Existing seller orders, delivery records, settlement records, reviews, and audit history are retained for accounting, support, refunds, and compliance. Closing the program does not delete or rewrite historical data.
No new seller operations
New seller activation, product creation or editing, inventory import, promotion, withdrawals, and seller checkout are disabled. Old seller links return to the MaplePass store.
Buyer protection
MaplePass direct products remain available. For a historical seller order, contact support with the public order number only; never send passwords, verification codes, cookies, sessions, or private keys.
