Terms of Service
By using MaplePass, you agree to these terms and the laws that apply when buying, selling, or using the platform.
1. Our role
MaplePass provides product listings, orders, payment confirmation, digital delivery, reviews, and promotion tools. Except for products clearly marked as MaplePass-operated, the sale contract is between the buyer and the independent seller shown on the product page. Reviewing, restricting, or removing a product does not make MaplePass its manufacturer or authorized brand partner.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live and provide accurate information. Telegram and email sign-in credentials are for your use only. If your device is lost or your account is compromised, contact us through Purchase support. You may not impersonate another person, bypass access controls, or abuse account registration or ordering at scale.
3. Products and transactions
- Product pages should state the price, currency, delivery method, region restrictions, validity period, and conditions of use.
- The price and platform fee are recorded in the order snapshot when the order is created; public order numbers are not sequential.
- Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Buyers must verify the network, currency, amount, and receiving address and accept the risk of sending to the wrong network or address.
- A payment succeeds only after MaplePass verifies the full amount, correct currency, and valid transaction status—not from a screenshot or verbal confirmation.
4. Digital delivery
AUTO_CDK products allocate one unique inventory item after payment confirmation and show it on the buyer’s order page. Buyers must view and store delivery content on a secure device and must not publish it. Creating an order does not reserve ownership of stock; allocation depends on verified payment and an atomic inventory assignment.
5. Fees and seller settlement
Platform fees use the back-office setting in effect when an order is created. Gross value, platform fees, and seller proceeds are recorded separately. Seller balances come from an auditable ledger. V1 withdrawals require administrator review. MaplePass never asks sellers for wallet private keys or seed phrases.
6. Reviews and fair trading
Only buyers of paid and delivered orders may review, once per order. Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Fake reviews, pressure to change a review, or undisclosed incentives for positive feedback are prohibited. MaplePass may label, restrict, or remove suspected manipulation.
7. Intellectual property and brands
Sellers must hold the rights needed to sell, describe, and upload their materials. They may not impersonate a brand, fabricate authorization, or imply an official relationship. Rights holders may report a specific listing with evidence and contact details through support; never submit account secrets.
8. Risk controls, suspension, and termination
To protect users and the platform, MaplePass may rate-limit, review, freeze, or suspend suspicious sign-ins, payments, inventory, promotions, or reviews. High-risk administrative actions are audited. Content involving fraud, unlawful trade, rights infringement, or account-security risks may be removed immediately, and MaplePass may cooperate with competent authorities where required.
9. Limits of responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, MaplePass does not guarantee continuous availability of third-party products, unchanged third-party brand policies, or uninterrupted blockchain networks. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that the law does not permit us to exclude.
10. Changes and governing rules
We may update these terms for product, risk, or legal changes and will update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Non-waivable law where a user lives takes priority over conflicting terms. MaplePass will not invent company registration or jurisdiction details before its operating entity and applicable jurisdiction are formally established.
